You can pay for your order via Paypal and all kinds of credit card.
You can be assured that shopping with us is safe! We are a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by Mastercard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit/debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
Please contact us via email (loveringsdesign@hotmail.com ) if you want to do changes to your order, if order is still under processing, then the customer service will help you , but if order was shipped out already, we could not change it,thank you!
After your order has been shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. please check your e-mail and use the tracking site and tracking number there to trace your order or contact our customer service for more help.
Yes! When placing an order, you may leave both a billing and a shipping address. If you would like the shipping address to be different than your billing address, simply specify it at checkout.
Our current production time is 2-3 weeks. Your order will leave our studio after or within this processing time.

We’re sure they won’t, but…..all Loveringsdesign jewelry is designed and handcrafted with love and greatest care in the USA. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept the returns or exchanges. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
If you are not satisfied or would like to exchange the item, please contact our customer service at loveringsdesign@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Include pictures if the reason for return/exchange is a faulty item. Our customer service will then advise with the next steps.

Ask a professional! The right ring size is important. For maximum accuracy, we recommend visiting a local jewelry store to have your finger measured by a pro. Your ring should fit comfortably. It should be loose enough to slide over your knuckle, but your ring shouldn’t turn around too easily once it’s on. The best way to clean diamond rings is to make a solution with warm water (almost hot) and dishwashing soap. Soak your ring for about 20 to 40 minutes, gently brush the stone with a very soft toothbrush, and then rinse under warm running water
